Having access to services and resources that support our physical, health, and mental and emotional wellbeing is a basic need. Western and the Bellingham community offer various services that provide care, accommodations, and support.

On Campus
Find counseling support on campus. One one one therapy, group therapy options and wellness events that focus on community, education and wellbeing.

Beat the winter blues and borrow a happy light. Stop by the Circulation Services desk in the Western Library located in Haggard 2 to check one out.
The Outdoor Wellness Program pairs Western students with peer mentors who will work with participants during winter and spring quarters to create weekly nature-based experiences designed to boost their wellness.
Order a Sexual Health Pleasure Package to be mailed to your home for free from the Counseling and Wellness Center. This includes condoms, dental dams and lube.

Our mission is to support individuals affected by domestic violence, sexual assault, and sexual exploitation and to lead the community toward ending these abuses of power.
Program through WA state healthcare authority providing coverage to individuals for family planning services to help them take charge of their lives and prevent unintended pregnancies.

Dedicated to delivering the highest quality reproductive health care services, Mt. Baker Planned Parenthood (MBPP) is also committed to providing responsible, age-appropriate sexuality education. MBPP serves Whatcom, Skagit, and San Juan counties and offers a wide range of health services during daytime, evening and Saturday hours. Many qualify for FREE services through a variety of programs.
Sea Mar provides medical and behavioral health services at a sliding fee scale for eligible patients, dependent on household size and annual income.
